I've heard there have been issues (specifically magazine compatibility issues) with the CZ Omega triggers. Has there been a final verdict on this? I've got regular CZ 75 magazines, but don't want to buy different magazines if I end up going with a CZ P09 instead of the CZ 75 or CZ SP01 Tactical.

Also, don't the Omega trigger guns lack firing pin blocks? This is kind of a no-go for me.

There's some weird mish mash going on here.

CZP-09s are not CZ-75B Omegas and require different magazines. CZ-75B Omegas and CZ P-09s both have firing pin blocks.

Now, to be super confusing, CZ-75B magazines will fit and function in a P-07, but not in the P-09. P-09 magazines will fit and function in a P-07 though. And Sig magazines.. don't get me started on Sig magazines...

The P-07 mags will not work in the P-09 because they are to short for the frame. They are the same mags, that is why the 09's will work in the 07's. My 75 mags will also work in my 07.

So are P09 mags actually different, or are the CZ75 mags just too short to fit in the P09?

If I'd have to buy new mags instead of using CZ75 mags that's a no-go as well; I like to be able to share mags between pistols.

Ideally I'd like a full size 9mm that's light (aluminum or polymer frame), has a rail (no use for one, but I may one day), and takes regular CZ75 mags. Thinking I'm SOL on all three, so the SP01 tactical or CZ75 BD makes the most sense.

CZ-75 SP-01 Phantom. They are technically discontinued but can still be found pretty easily.

The 07/09 mags are a little wider than the 75 mags. The 75's will go in the 07/09 frame , but the 07/09 mags will not go in the 75 frame.

As said, if you want easy mag interchangeability, sounds like you want a Phantom or the steel framed SP-01. I have never had a Phantom, but do have a SP-01. And it is a sweet, soft shooter.
