handgun - dillon 550

just getting into reloading myself, can't say enough good things about the dillon (purchased used) or their support, top notch!

Dillon 550 in all calibers EXCEPT .45 acp for which I have an old Star progressive that cranks them out for 30 years and going strong! I do have a .50 BMG single stage Rock Chrusher and a straight line benchrest press.:)

Mainly Dillon

I have 2 Dillon 550's[mainly used for Pistol ammo]...

1 MEC 9000 for shotgun, but I never use it anymore.....Bulk shotgun ammo is the way to go.

1 RCBS turret press for "semi progressive" rifle-ammo reloading.....

Thats enough to keep me busy
:uhoh:

Handgun: Dillon Square Deal B.

Shotgun: Ponsness-Warren 800B

Rifle: Sorry, I don't use a progressive . . . for plinking (.223, 7.62x39, and .308) I buy bulk or milsurp ammo, and for hunting or serious target use I'm a little more methodical than I could be with a progressive. I've been using an RCBS Rockchucker for this since grammar school. (30+ years)

I have one Dillon 550 and one RCBS Pro 2000.

I prefer the 550 as a more user-friendly machine (IMO), but the RCBS seems much sturdier.

Dillon 550

4 MEC Grabbers, 12, 20, 28, .410

Lee Challenger O frame for rifle calibers except .223 which I load on the 550.
