ProMag Rug-a14 for Ruger 10/22

I just got a ProMag drum magazine for my Ruger 10/22 as a present. The instructions talk about using only high velocity round nose bullets does anyone know what feeds the best through the drum.

From my experience nothing. it's the only mag I'v ever had a 10/22 jam with.

Ty for your help i went to the range on saturday and my drum had only 1 misfeed out of 50 using winchester 40 grain round nose bullets

Wow! only one failure per magazine, way better than the average ProMag. Count your blessings.

I am especially that it works so well with bulk winchester bricks
