I appreciate you contacting us, and yes we can continue to ship 10rd mags until 4/15/13 and will continue to do so. There was a lot of initial confusion on the details of the law that we have been sorting out since it passed, and the timing could not of been worse for the industry with regards to the demand nationally that we are all coping with. I was at the Shot Show when this came down and with the speed this law was passed our New York distributors, dealers and Law enforcement customers were unsure if we were able to ship to them at all in regards to the effected items. Now that we have some clarification from your State Government we have formed a game plan to proceed that the home page of our web site may not of caught up with.
We will continue to ship 10rd mags to our New York customers until the 4/15/13 deadline, with the amount of orders and the logistics involved it may be necessary for us to stop taking orders at some point in March to make sure we can not only ship them but have them arrive before the 4/15/13 effective date.
ProMag is committed to doing every thing we can to support the gun owners of New York, not only meeting the demand for our products but also in supporting your 2nd Amendment rights and the battle against this unjust and unnecessary violation of your civil rights.
