Props to Hornady!

Yesterday I dropped my OAL gauge and the threaded part snapped off, so I called Hornady and asked if they sell just the outer tube. The woman who I was speaking to asked for my name and address and said she would have one sent out to me no charge! No questions asked! now that's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE! even though it was my fault and I was totally expecting to pay for it! Thanks Hornady you just earned a customer for life!
