I was depriming some 223 cases this weekend and I was on a good pace with some tunes going and one fell over and I crushed it....funny at the time until I realized that it fell just perfectly across the shell retaining spring and broke it!
At any rate I called Hornady and told them what happened, I really thought it was my fault, and they asked for my name and zip and already had my address (filled out the warranty card when I got it) and the lady said they were sending out a replacement....no questions asked, no exchange of money...just a big thanks for using our product! WOW! This makes me want to use Hornady on ALL my reloading supplies. Wish we had this kind of customer service in all our businesses!
