PTR 91 parts compatibility

Picked up a JLD PTR 91 and have been thinking about putting a scope and bipod on it. Was wondering if the german G3 stocks are actually compatible. I know the forearm would need relieving inside due to the heavier barrel. Anything else I need to watch for? I have considered using the wood furniture anyone have pics of such a mod?
Anyone know who might have the original claw mount for a reasonable price?

I believe that all the German stocks are compatible. I have a tropical green set on mine. All I had to do was remove the buffer assembly from the ptr-91 stock and put it on the German stock.

PTR builds it's rifles on original HK machinery. You should have no problems swapping out parts.
