Public or Private Range

I shoot at public ranges exclusively but when my hunny becomes a dentist I will buy land and build my own somewhere.

I use the military ranges because I'm forced to. Thanks to range instructors, I've been able to use the Denver & Aurora PDs ranges once or twice. Those were nice.

Usually I go to the private range. Great place up in the foothills. Clear Creek County Sportsman's Club in Idaho Springs. There are some ranges east of Denver that I'm interested in checking out and seeing if they are worth joining.

public paid club again now, but it sure was nice last year .

i could just walk out onto the back porch set down at the table and let her rip, only had a 75yd target, after that was swamp. fun while it lasted
