Winkler is a flaming liberal. If his view of the 2nd Amendment is as he discusses it in the article, he should not be allowed inside a classroom where the subject of Constitutional law is being discussed. The 2nd Amendment makes NO mention of "reasonable" restrictions -- unlike the amendment dealing with protection against "unreasonable" searches and siezures. The RKBA is absolute. "... shall not be infringed." What's so bloody difficult about that?Winkler is a professor of constitutional law at UCLA Law School.
