Public ranges near Atlantic City, NJ?

I'm going to Atlantic City, NJ in a few weeks for a short vacation from Upstate NY. I was wondering if there are any public shooting ranges nearby that will allow centerfire rifles (Saiga 7.62x39). It has to be public for the obvious reason I will only be in town for 4 days, and won't be getting a membership to a private range. Also, anyone know off hand the legalities of me transporting my rifle from NY state to NJ?

There's one in Egg Harbor township. It's probably about 20 miles from Atlantic City and it's only open to the public on the weekends. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of it right now.

There's also one down south a ways near Cape May but that's a bit of a drive from Atlantic City.
