I have a R25 and after sending it back 3 times for chamber polish recrown ejector work and a couple of other things I shot 3 shots onto one hole and the other two 1/2 inch away. what did you have to have done to it and if you were patient and kept sending it back it would have shot without you spending moneyI have a Remington R25 7.62x51 and it needed an additional 80% above retail price to get it to where It would shoot to my standards.
I also built a 7.62x39 on a m&p 15 lower and a 16" ard barrel. The gun runs great with cheap Russian ammo and holds about 2 moa with a weaver kaspa 1.5-6x32. It is a blast to shoot and very economical. I will also use it for spot and stalk hog hunting. It is threaded 5/8x24 for a 7.62 can.
Since I didn't buy an AR chambered in 7.62 in the past 5 years I didn't take the poll.I am curious to hear your feedback if you have bought an AR based 7.62 lately, say in the last 5 years.
Please vote in the poll if you have, and comment on your positives and negatives please.
Thanks!
