f I was a pro Saddam, hard core, Fedayen kinda Iraqi, planning a little payback, then of course not.
If, however I was an absolutley anti Saddam kinda Iraqi, I'd be worried about the first kind.
Then there are likely to be some terrorists doing a little bargan basement shopping. I think if I were going to attack an embassy or shopping mall a few RPGs would be useful. Bet there were plenty dropped by the side of the road and picked up by someone hoping to make some bucks later. $5-10 each for a pickup load would sound reasonable to someone with no money, no job, no food, lots of kids and nothing else to sell!
