Question about Numrich gun parts

I ordered parts on 3/31/17, received an email confirming the order that day and received them in the mail today 4/7/17.

My experience with Numrich has been alright, thought two orders I kinda wish it was described better. One was a stock for an FR-8, which was not in good condition, it was...well, not quite falling apart, but had seen much better days. Kept it for a project. The other was a barrel, follower, spring and spacer for converting a 1916 Spanish mauser to 7.62x39. The barrel had some specks of rust forming on the metal, and the follower spring was really rusty. I thought these were new, but maybe where they stored them had a lot of moisture. I kept them as well, as I see they are all sold out of these kits anyways. Other wise, its been alright ordering and getting parts from them.

Here's what I got in regards to an order placed on March 12. I've ordered in the past and didn't think their service was out of line. I got my order on 4-3
We fell behind because of the snow storm.. we were closed on the 14th and had only 8 people that were able to dig out on the 15th.. we’re working as fast as we can to get the orders out. We are about 1 ½ weeks behind. When it goes out you’ll get an email letting you know its shipped and will also include the tracking number. I am very sorry for this inconvenience.

I've always received my order within 5 working days of when I placed my order. The problem I've had is that a lot of the parts are no longer in stock, so therefore I have to go to Jack First who generally manufactures the part in question. Either way I've never had a problem with Numerich.

Never had a problem with them .If they say they have a part in stock , they have it .

Yeah, their property consists of several buildings spread out on 2 sides of a quiet road. I can see where snow removal would be a pain, especially after a blizzard dumping 2 feet (which it did on March 14th).
