Command Arms Countdown Magazine

Has anyone ordered a countdown mag from command arms?
I ordered 2 in february and they were supposed to start shipping in mid march. My credit card has still yet to be charged and I have not recieved an order status from them. Not to mention their customer service is horrible and cannot answer any of my questions. Really i'm wondering if these mags even exist. Has anyone recieved their mags if they have ordered them?

I personally like the window in the MagPul magazines, no mechanical device to fail or screw up the mechanism.

Keep it simple.
