Question About Selling/Buying A Beretta Magazine

Is it legal to sell or buy a magazine for a Beretta 92 that is stamped "1996 CHECKMATE IND. INC. WYANDANCH N.Y. USA Restricted For Law Enforcement Only" if I am not in law enforcement? Thanks.

In west virginia, it is legal to sell that mag.

In the majority of this country that text has no legal meaning at all. It could say "For Circus Use Only" and would mean just as much.

I had 6 magazines for a Beretta M9 that I sold at a LGS. He happily bought them since he has lots of LEO sales. Money went toward my next rifle so it was a win for both.
