If you don't have a CC or a FFL there will be added cost to the price of the gun plus a one week waiting period. The added cost are: Taxes, document prep, Transfer fee and shipping fees(in some cases). A $250 gun will cost about $300 total. In some cases you can beat that at your local gun shop. I must say I did buy several guns at a gun show last month in West Palm Bch Fl. cheaper than available on line or at local shops. SA XD40 $445, S&W M&P 9MM for $425 and a Glock for $445 all NIB
