Question on 11-87 shotguns

Taking my 11-87 trigger assemble out for cleaning is easy. I am able to get my trigger assemble back in my 11-87 eventually, but it is always a struggle. Is there a recommended way to get the trigger assembly back in the receiver? Thank you.

I have had mine since 1991. wiggle it. Sorry but that is how I do it. You get to the point where you get the angle and wiggle right and it slips in. Before anyone bashes the 11-87 I have drug it through frozen cornfields, rivers, and other phesant and waterfowl hunting muck and it has NEVER missed a beat that wasnt ammo related.. Squib loads in BBB thank God I heard the difference because I hand cycled and was just about to swing on another goose when I pulled up with out knowing why. Then it hit me. Looked down the barrel(with the action open and unloaded) to see the wad halfway up the barrel OOPS!

Try it with the hammer cocked. If that doesn't work, try it uncocked.
