I recently bought a Ruger Blackhawk convertable (.45 Colt/.45 ACP).
When ejecting the empty cases (or unfired rounds), the cylinder does not line up with the ejection rod unless I visually align it. Per my understanding of the manual (and I may well be wrong), once you hear the click (as you rotate the cylinder with the loading gate open), you should be able to rotate the cylinder in the opposite direction until it locks...that should align the cylinder/ejection rod.
Am I right or wrong?
Damn nice revolver, otherwise!
