Am i wrong or is there not a warning on the Ruger pistols to refrain from carrying them with a round in the chamber?

Just checked their manual and it states that if pistol is not going to be fired immediately remove the round in the chamber. The warnings do not seem to go into detail as to carrying the pistol with a loaded or empty chamber. CC without a round chambered is not a condition i can accept.
