On Item 9 do you guys circle "do or do not"?

On Item 15, since neither silencer or suppressor is mentioned...I'm assuming you still need to put something like "for all lawful purposes" and sign it...even though silencer/suppressor isn't mentioned at all but that's the stamp you're applying for correct?

It's up to the transferor (seller). Circling "I do" is the nice thing to do.

You might want to ask your examiner for advice on this one.
