I just have a quick question about Post-64 Winchester 94s. Its my understanding that from 1964 to late 1983 that the receiver was cast. When USRAC took over 1984 they switched back to forged receivers.
Is there a serial number cut off for the cast receivers, or a easy way to know by looking at the 94 to tell what kind of receiver it has?
