I have a couple of pieces of brass I played with at first. I put them through a full length resizing die with no lube. The reason for this is I was trying to decap them and didn't realize I needed to lube them. They make the handle hard to pull on the press but they did come out. My question is it it safe to reload these now? Or should I just toss them?

Yes, they are safe

You must not have read your die directions.

How about the how-to section of your reloading manual?

Just couldn't wait to jam some in there right!

You are very lucky that those cases came out of your die without damage.

are you talking about rifle or pistol brass? handgun brass typically does not require lubricant.

Try reloading tapered handgun brass like 9mm or .30carbine. Even with carbide dies, 9mm often requires lube, and .30 always does.

Just lube up a bunch of cases and insert one every now and again to keep things running nice and smooth.

I usually put a lubed case in after sizing 5 unlubed cases. (9 mm is all I reload)

For whatever reason if I don't lube 38/357 my size die will scartch the pee out of my cases.

Yes I need to invest in a new die set.

On the other hand I just loaded 1000 rds of 9mm on my lee carbide dies and didn't lube a one.

I don't lube any pistol calibers when using carbide dies. No issues.

.44 mag is the toughest. If I were doing 500 at a time, I would probably lube them.

A touch of lube with carbide dies and you'll throw your arm out of joint it's so easy.

LOL...well yeah, that's the point.

My dad once told me if you want to know the easiest way to do something ask the laziest guy you know.

Since I am the laziest guy I know this is my contribution to those wanting to take the work out of decapping and resizing.

But resizing is just about the only exercise I get now days other than mowing the lawn ...

Helps keep my shoulder in shape. If it gets out of shape (loose muscles) it starts to grind and catch again. Pushups are best, but not nearly as enjoyable as reloading. :)

If I start to associate reloading with excercise it'll take all the joy out of reloading. I'm keeping my lube...;-)
