I have recently come back to reloading my own ammunition. For years I reloaded rifle ammunition, .38/.357, and .45 ACP. I set myself up to reload 9mm Luger using a Lee Loadmaster progressive press. This is new territory for me but I have a few questions regarding charges and bullets.

I have never really worked with plated bullets but purchased a few Rainiers 115 and 124 Grain LRN plated bullets. The Powerds I am dealing with are Hogdon HS6 and Unique. I have never used HS6 before but I have used Unique and Bullseye for 45 acp and .38 target loads. I checked my Lyman 49th addition and they don't have a 115gr or 124gr. lead. I also purchased 147 gr. lead bullets from Tascosa. They suggested 4.4 grains of HS6, and 3.2grains of Unique for this load. When I cross reference this load on the web (other bullet manufacturers, they are all over the place for charges. (Some as high as 6.0 grains for HS6.) Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.)
