Well, I thought I would share if anyone else thought this might be a fun idea.
The range I go to has alot of skeet and sporting clays ranges, and I can easily pick up 100 or so undamaged clays when the range is clear.
I have wanted to figure out a way to use them for 200 and 300 yard targets for my rifles, so since it was raining and I was bored and I looked at the 7 million or so dry cleaner hangers in the closet I had an idea.
Made to be stapled through the cardboard to a target holder backstop. I have the entire process of making one photographed, if people are interested in the particulars.
Uses rubber bands to tension the wire coat hangers and actually grips the rims of the clays. Hopefully will keep them from falling off when I shoot one of the 3. Can;t test it yet due to the weather. Will post an update when i can, but after placing the clays in the tensioned wires, they don't move or roll so hopefully I have a winner
