Anyone ever use the range up on Old Stage Rd?

I've been up there twice. Thats the one thats not worth the drive.
Thats also the area me & three mountain lions startled each other when I was up there small gaming.

(Note to self: make more noise when small gaming!)

Didn't the Old Stage Road "range" get shut down? It was a pit, literally and figuratively.

I dunno. It Has been a while since I've been up there to that range.
That whole Phantom Canyon area is just teeming with small game though. Probably why there's so many lions there. Rough country, wear good boots.
