Range times..

I have four ranges in a half an hour drive. Only one of them has a decent handgun range, so that's where I go most often; 2-3 times a week from April to September. In winter I shoot mostly air pistol in an indoor range that is located near my workplace. A typical range visit lasts maybe two hours.

I seldom shoot more than 100 rounds per session, mostly it's something like 60, or only 30 if I'm shooting black powder or testing a new handload. Don't like just blast away, typically I try to hone some aspect of my technique. Or I shoot an imitation of, say, a standard pistol or BP competion.

I go 1 or 2 times a week. I usually shoot about 25-50 c.f. rifle rounds,about 50-100 c.f. pistol rounds, and 100-200 rim fire rounds.usually stay 2-3 hours.
