Both Discount Firearms (on Highland) and American Shooters (on Arville) have indoor rifle facilities, but DF doesn't seperate rifle from pistol. I have shot 5.56Nato at AS and have watched 7.62Nato shot at DF. The DF range is more fun. They have great target holders that don't swing when they move back and forth, they can pivot the target, and if the range isn't busy, the rangemaster can run you through low light/no light drills, DEA drills, BATFE drills and SWAT drills. Ammo prices are better at DF also. If you go to AS, bring your own ammo, cause they're expensive.
Both are easy to get to from the strip.
Shooting in the wild areas of Clark County is illegal, technically, so you take your chances.
