Ok, There is McKellars Lodge on post, it isn't fancy, but it is dirt cheap:

There is Jim's for pistol (25 Yard indoor):

Also Guns' Plus in Spring Lake (25 Yard Indoor), they are the cleanest indoor range around, but they are supposed to be a slow-fire only range, though the rules are enforced only sporadically.

I believe Range 1 is in the general area, and there are a number of smaller ranges associated with schools and whatnot, but I haven't been to those.
If you don't mind coming onto post (don't carry concealed through the gate!!!) Mckellars lodge is probably the best thing going, it is real laid back, the cost is IIRC $6 for an entire day per lane, and you have a decent 100 yard rifle/pistol range.
If you are into trap/skeet Bragg supposedly just opened a world-class trap and skeet facility. I haven't yet been there but apparently the prices are very reasonable and the facility is top notch.
For Gun Stores:
You have Shooters, Jims Gun Jobbery, and Guns Plus are the main places that come to mind, but there are several others as well. They all have extensive firearms/parts available and especially cater to the interests of soldiers, so lots of AR-15/1911/Glock parts, etc.
Hope this helps.
