G'day All,
I'll throw my contribution in. I'm still testing both a G30 and P97. Both get well over 10k annually launched through them. I try to use them at every casual shooting event I can participate in.
Both have held up wonderfully. Both have all original parts. Have owned both for over 3 years.
G30 may be slightly more accurate. Hey, the difference is less than 10% at all the various ranges that I've compared.
P97 was much more affordable.
I'm only using factory mags for each. No problems with HP or FMJ factory loads, LSWC reloads, and LRN reloads in either.
Both of them have kept me in the top half of B class and now most recently the top half of the A class shooters.
So far all I've had to do was clean and feed em. Either one is a winner from my perspective. Best of luck to all in your endeavors. Cheers!
