Just off the internet to RCBS and told them that my kinetic bullet puller broke they are going to send me a new one the warranty was still good this is good news I have a lot of RCBS products

Don't let the Smurfs here about this!;)

I broke mine and they also sent me a new one but I had to return the broken one. I did break the screw cap once and they sent that also. It was my fault I was breaking don so many pieces I accidentally hit the screw cap side on the wood.

"...the warranty was still good..." Their warrantee is on the kit, for its entire life. Covers you if you buy their stuff used too.
Asked 'em by mail, years and years ago, where I could buy decapping pins. Got a list of Canadian retailers and a package of 6 pins. In roughly a month.
"...my kinetic bullet puller broke..." A lot depends on what you bash 'em on. Found a rock works better than anything. And you don't have to bash it hard. Think physics.

Oh definitely, great folks. I have one right now that I need to send in. I missed my target, so it was 100% my fault. But I've been kind of reluctant to send it in. Those folks are great, so I wouldn't want to abuse the warantee.

Not to get off topic but what kind of rock? I use a 2x6 and its worn out. U got me thinking/brick/marble slab? Interesting.

Yep, RCBS customer service is top notch. 1 phone call is all it takes and they will make it right. I haven't broken my kinetic puller yet but when I bent my decapping rod they did not hesitate to send me a new one along with extra decapping pins.

I am a very satisfied RCBS customer.

I use a 6x6 patio brick, works great

I use my kinetic puller on the end of a piece of scrap oak trim about 2x3" in cross section, about 3.5 feet long. I connect it to the end of my workbench with a bracket.

I've had my own RCBS feel-good event. I use the lockout die on my Hornady progressive and managed to screw up the plastic foot on the bottom of the plunger. Called RCBS to order a few replacements, and I could not buy them. All I could do is get them for free, which RCBS customer service did--sent them to me for free.

Yup, great folks with a great policy.

I left powder in my uniflow & it etched the plastic - got all dark with some flakes sticking to the plastic.

Emailed RCBS & they emailed back asking if the plastic was clear or green.
I said green.
They said a new one was on the way - no charge.
Got it & installed it - looks like brand new.

I used to use the ceramic tile floor as a target for the kinetic puller, but as the numbers get bigger (age and weight) the floor gets farther away. Now I use the little anvil section on the top of my bench vise.
