I have a .357 "convertible" Ruger Blackhawk with the .357 cylinder missing. Is it feasible to ream the 9mm adaptor cylinder to take .357?

Not very well.
The 9mm is shorter but it is larger in diameter and tapered.
The shops going the other way, reaming .357s to take 9mm P, 9x23 etc. usually warn that shooting revolver cartridges in the cut cylinder will leave stuck brass.

As Jim Watson said.
The back of a 9mm case is bigger (.391") then the back of a .357 Mag case (.379").
Or .012" bigger around.

Your cases would have kind of a reverse bottleneck after you fired them.

Like Triggerman said, get a .357 cylinder. Much easier to find than the 9mm.
