rear sight ?

I have the SA 1911 with the 3 white dot combat sight set up and as far as a great sight picture yes only out doors .I found indoor shooting the sight are no problems but trying to see the 3 white dots are really not great.
I am going to change out the rear fixed sight but with a low proflie adjustable now would the white outline give a better sight picture compared to the 2 white dots on the rear blade?http://www.precisionsalesintl.com/tpu.html

most people will tell you that you should only concentrate on the front sight anyway.

I prefer 3 dot sights (tritium) or flat black...

I think it has to do with your eyes: I used to like 3 dots or outline, but now find that all black works best for me outdoors. When i get one with white on it, I paint over them. I don't shoot on indoor ranges so I can't comment on that.
