I need the "floor plate trigger guard" assembly reblued on my Rem 700.

Anyone recommend someone who can do the job well and not cost me a small fortune?

It's just the trigger guard and the outside of the floor plate...scratches in blueing but not in the metal

Thanks in advance for any references!

Any chance that your trigger-guard & floor-plate are Anodized Aluminum?

Check with a magnet. If it sticks, it can be blued.

If it doesn't, re-anodizing, or Shake & Bake paint are your options.

Small scratches are what cold bluing is for. Mind you, it won't work with Al. There's a similar product from Birchwood-Casey for Al called Aluminium Black. Brownell's sells it if you local gun shop doesn't have any.
