Recent experience with Bushnell

My dad bought a 3X9 scope by bushnell from Wal-Mart a few years ago, and we recently noticed that a lens internally had shifted and blocked the view. Since I live a couple of miles from their repair center, I took it there and kept it for a few days.

I got a call stating they could not fix it, but would replace it. I went back in and walked out with a brand new scope, comparable to the one that was broken!

I had the warranty card, and they honored that. I'd have to say I'm very pleased by Bushnell and had to tell you guys of my experience.
 
I had a similar experience. Same problem with the internal lens. The only thing different is that I bought it USED!!! and they still replaced it!!. Only cost me shipping. Definately happy with Bushnell
