I seem to do my best work in waves, I end up going a few weeks with little to no sleep and then get caught playing catch up with life and my real job. This has been one of my better weeks, with at least this much on my bench being finished right now. Used to not enjoy making black holster but it seems like all I make anymore!

This is a 3" ammo belt rig with a cross draw for a 6.5" Ruger SBH in 45 Colt. He wanted the wide belt so that it could be loaded with 45-70 cartridges as well!

Very nice examples, and great photography.
Any chance that you might make a flap style OWB holster for a 2' Smith M19 I habitually carry this revolver when I'm here at my rural place and desire a little more protection for it. Having never met a quick draw coyote, I'm certain that the flap will not present any difficulty when accessing the handgun.

Love the SBH rig at the top of your post! The holster with the elephant inlay is very classy looking, too. I've looked at holsters with such inlays before, and really like the look but not the price!

Hey friend, I'd be happy to. Unfortunately it would have to be an open toed holster as I don't have a 2" gun, or it could be made for a 2.5". I've been wanting to make a flap field holster for a while.

I love the holster for the Blackhawk, thats a great looking rig.

Thank you! I really love the way it came out.

Thank you! I don't like what the hide costs me, so I feel your pain there my friend :)

good looking stuff! love the SBH rig!

Thanks!

You do really nice work.

I appreciate that!

Gorgeous work, as usual!

Elephant is really expensive stuff. I love the way it looks but the hides are roughly $40 a square foot. I paid $100 for a wallet in black elephant. Even so, we're about to get some. ;)

Podner, your stuff will make the big name boys check their hold cards.

You don't take a back seat to any of them for good lookin' rigs.

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH, NICE WORK>>>>Especially that first rig. Hand stitched or machine?

Hey Rod, if I had to hand stitch those...well I wouldn't. I use a Cobra Class 4. Thanks for the kind words!
