Recently acquired S&W 1006 and 1066

I recently acquired a S&W 1006 and 1066 and they are the real thing. I have had a Glock 20 for many years and I do like it, but the 3rd gen s&w are the real deal. They are a fine chunk of American stainless steel and shoot like a dream. I wanted one back in the early 1990s but they cost more that what I made in a week. I'm so glad to be blessed to get my hands on these two.

Does anyone else have a 10xx series S&W?

Yeah I bought a used 1006 late last year, virtually unused. It still had the inspection tag on it.
Shoots great and no problems so far.
I also bought two extra magazine's for it.

My local range caught fire so I don't get to shoot it much lately.

I've been wanting one. I had a 4506 for a while that I should have probably kept but I was into 1911's at the time. I don't see them very often and the few I've ran across at reasonable prices were when I was short of funds. Wouldn't trade the G-20 for one, but wouldn't mind adding one either.
