Recipe for Reloader 10x in 223, 55g FMJBT?

I need a recipe if someone has it. I happen to have a bunch of 55g FMJBTs, and plenty of Reloader 10x... but no data. Anyone have a powder load for me? I'm coming up empty handed in my books.

Alliant shows 22.0 gr as a max with 55 gr SP's using WSR primers. I'd cut back to 19.5 or 20 gr, and proceed with caution. If you're loading for a bolt action rifle a slower powder will probably give more velocity and possibly better accuracy. Alliant shows something like 2974 fps with their load.

It's for a Mini 14, for plinking. I just happened to have a surplus of 55g FMJBTs and R-10x, so I'm looking for a way to gainfully employ both of them. I'll try 20g and work my way up. Thanks Larry E!
