Reco for BCG

Hi all:
I'm in the process of doing a re-build on one of my ARs.
I'd like reco's for a BCG. As you know, the prices vary a lot on them. The gun I'm putting together is going to be a SHTF grab gun and not some kind of competition rifle. However I've learned never to go bottom of the line on anything.
So I'd like some opinions on BCGs. I've had good luck with a couple of Nickle Boron units in the past but maybe there are better choices now.

I have one of the nickel ones that came with a complete upper I ordered from PSA. The lube I use (white lithium grease) sticks to it real good and makes it wasy to wipe clean when its time to do maintenance. That said, several years ago a friend ordered just the carrier from PSA and the 2 allen bolts weren't properly torqued and staked, not a difficult fix, but aggravating.
