Recoil pad for 870 Youth

Does anyone know of a recoil butt pad that will fit a Remington 870 Youth? I am not really keen on doing fitting, so if something fits from the factory, the better.

I believe the stock height is the same as a normal 870, it is only shorter. Any pad that will fit a regular one should work fine.

Prefit Decelerator pad did NOT fit in my (synthetic) youth stock - grinding was required.

Doesn't the 870 Youth come with a recoil pad? Pachmayr does not make one for the 870 Youth, so I would imagine that grinding will be required. Most gunsmiths will do it for a few bucks.
