Recommend a good carry pistol...

The problem with tall guns such as the SIG P220 is the grip tends to print. You can reduce this by carrying it in a holster with forward cant. Use a reinforced gun belt. Your shirt should be cut straight (avoid taper cut shirts) and go one size up. I am very skinny and I can hide it.

Sometimes fashion requires a well fit shirt; you'll need a smaller gun unless you wear a sportcoat. Your "metal frame" requirement reduces the number of available guns. Normally, I'd recommend the Glock 26 or S&W M&P 9 Compact without a finger rest on the magazine. In this case, you'll need to go with a 1911 with Officers length grip, Kahr K9 (or similar), etc. Look for guns that are approximately 4.5" tall from the bottom of the magazine to top of the slide. Also, the Browning Hi-Power in 9x19mm conceals very, very well for some reason. I find it prints less, especially in a good leather holster with forward cant.
