I like my rifle man magazine every month. Love reading about some scum who played a stupid game and won stupid prizes. Along with the historical pieces.

American hand gunner or Gun Tests. I have Ammerican Handgunner going back to the first issue to present with a small gap (babies and magazines don't get along). It is a decent source of what's new and the latest in training techniques/schools.

Not strictly a gun magazine but I've enjoyed Backwoodsman for years. I finally subscribed a couple years back. Sometimes I'll buy a magazine that catches my eye.

Mostly I just go to the magazine shelf while my wife shops. It's better for both our mental health and the reading is free.;);)

The best magazine out there for us shooters/outdoorsman/hunters/& jacks of all trades is "Backwoodsman" Magazine. ive been buying them since the mid 1990's and get all kinds of info on all sorts of things. They usually have 1 - 2 stories on firearms per issue along with how to do things at lowest cost or DIY.
Great magazine!

I like GUN-Test. Do not always agree with their opinions but it does give a good index on line for the description of many firearms present and Past. And like many get the Rifleman. Since I joined CONCEAL CARRY, just received their magazine and really nice. Also Handgun, NC and VA fish and game. and these.

Guns Magazine, founded in 1955 and still going strong, is my longtime favorite.

A lot of fine writers on their roster, John Taffin being my favorite.

I used to get the electronic copies of Rifle Magazine, Handloader Magazine and Succesful Hunter Magazine. They would bundle all three together for the same price as any one of those magazines paper copy annual subscription price.
I like Rifle and Handloader magazines but they changed their electronic versions. At first I was able to download a PDF and read it anytime or anywhere on my tablet. They then made it so it could only be read while connected to the internet. I was commuting on a train that did not have internet so I went from being able to read the issues during my commute to being unable top read them.

I dropped the subscription immediately after that.

Looks like there are 6-7 of us so far who are Backwoodsman magazine fans. Its a mix or gardening, do it yourself repairs, hunting, fishing and a few excellent recipes. Its the only one I subscribe to now and for at least 8 years on and I just renewed for another year.
