Recommendations to train granddaughter near Casper WY

Can anyone recommend a competent and professional instructor for my 21-year-old granddaughter? She lives in Casper WY. I've given her some training, but I think she would profit from taking a basic handgun course and then going on to more advanced training that reinforces proficiency and addresses tactics. Recommendations?
