Reduced Loads

They are not Hodgdon or Alliant powders, but SR-4759 and AA 5744 are both suited to reduced loads in rifle calibers. Bulky and safe. Don't know about 7.62X25

Trail Boss.

You can also reduce H4895 loads to 60% of the maximum listed for that cartridge according to Hodgdon. Only apply this to data provided by Hodgdon for H4895.

How reduced do you want to go?

I would use Green Dot or Bullseye, unless you mean *really* reduced in which case it would be Red Dot. Unique if you just want to reduce it a little bit. Good luck finding load data.

Blue Dot gives the best accuracy with 60% capacity loads in bottlenecked rounds. You get about 2000 FPS and MOA or better from bolt guns.

You did not say what rifle your 7.62 x 39 is, but if it is a semi-auto, odds are that your quest for fast powder reduced loads will not cycle the action.

Go with H4895. I've reloaded several hundred reduced loads for my 8yo daughter and she loves shooting them. Just go to Hodgdons website and follow the directions. I even called them just to verify I was doing correctly but I was fairly green at reloading when I was doing reduced loads.

I've heard you can use Trailboss as well, but have never used it myself.

I want use 7.62 tok with 110-120 gr hollow-point and lead bullets!
So, I think need reduced load ...
Why Unique reduce it a little bit?( because it is fast powder)
