Howdy folks,

I have a win model 94 ae in 44 mag. Love this gun. My eyes and sights just do not get along much these days. Have 3x9x40 scope on this rifle now.
Just curios if a reflex sight would work well. If so any good ideas on which brand. I was looking at tru glo. Crap or tool?
Thanks,
Workingman

my friend has a tru glo on his 22, it seems to work well there, but I'm not sure id trust it on a 44 mag

perhaps give the long body Aimpoints a shot, I have an older model, the 7000sc 2x, took it off a .270 i bought and keep thinking about putting it on my turkey gun.

if you do your homework, you should be able to find an older model for around 200 bucks that should suit you well

in case you didn't know, Aimpoint supplies the military with their Comp M4 sights

I would look at the Burris Fastfire II, Vortex Sparc, bushnell trophy TRS25 or Primary Arms micro. All are light and have good eye relief.

I don't know if it would work, but it would be pretty sweet if you had a red dot on a scout mount and a receiver mount peep sight, with the irons co-witnessed through the red dot.
