Reloading Federal Field and Target Hulls (Walmart?)

I just got back into trap and have shot a lot of the cheapo Walmart Field and Target loads (the 100 round pack). I've got a lot of empties that I'd like to reload once and pitch because of the separate base wad concerns I keep hearing about. I was wondering if anyone has a good 7/8 oz. or 1 oz. light load recipe using either Green Dot or Solo 1000. I need to back into it with some lighter throw away loads. Thanks in advance

I used to shoot the Federal 4-packs out at the skeet range all the time and knew a guy who reloaded them, he had no problems. No whether or not they'll hold up like AA's or not...

Thanks for the positive comments, but again, does anyone have any loading data for the mentioned powders?

Go to the Alliant site and go to the reloaders guide and use the data for their Gold Medal hulls. Green Dot is a tad slow of 7/8 and one ounce loads but they have data for it there. I would not worry too much about the separate base wads, I've been reloading shotshells for close to 40 years and never seen it happen, not that it can't, just have never seen it.
