I'm searching for a reloading manual that could explain all steps regarding the process in a scientific manner, I don't need reloading data, I only need to learn more and more about lead bullets, wadcutter, leading, internal ballistic and so on.
Any suggestion?

I don't think you'll find a reloading manual that explains the process in a scientific manner. However you can find plenty that explain the process in a mechanical manner.
Each manual usually has a section explaining some of the process in a slight scientific way, but if you want to dig deep into it, I would look for specific book written on the subject you are interested in.

There are books written on ballistics both internal and external:
http://www.amazon.com/Modern-Exterior-Ballistics-Symmetric-Projectiles/dp/0764307207
http://accurateshooter.wordpress.co...ew-a-new-ballistics-resource-from-bryan-litz/

Books by any of these guys:
Carlucci and Jacobson,
RObert McCoy,
Robert Rinker,
Gjergj Klimi,
Bryan Litz,

Google the subject ... spend hours and days reading
The NRA book store and Midway Arms has all kind of books...

I don't know where you live, but if there is a Borders or a Barnes and Noble near you they often have these books and others like it. Maybe you can give them a quick look through to see which you need/want.

All of the books listed above are good. in out market, few of us are scientists or even engineers so our texts tend to be more basic.

The very best book I've seen on the details of reloading for accuracy, in all disciplines, is "Precision Shooting Reloading Guide", Brennen, great reading and...it's not expensive either! MidwayUSA or Sinclair International should have it, or Amazon.
