That's odd that Barnes doesn't list a 90 grain projectile.
The Hodgdon site does list H4350 as a valid powder for a 90 grain bullet for the .243 Winchester but it doesn't list IMR 4350. None of your other available powders are listed as suitable.
My Lyman 44th does list a 90gr jacket with 3031 and Ball C2, but I'd work very cautiously if using this data. It's still useful, but it is over 50yrs old.

I don't know if I would use cup and core data on monos unless I was very familiar with the adjustments in charge based on the differences... it's something for sure but loosely related.
