Hi everyone,
In short: I am planning to buy a new bolt action rifle to shoot at distances ranging from 100-400, and one day 600 meters.
For this I have chosen a rifle in .308 Winchester
Based on availability and price, I have selected the Remington 700.
Given the caliber etc I have narrowed it down to 2 different models: The VSF and Police.
They are about the same price (1100 euro +/- 50 euro), and I cannot decide between them.
So I'm asking for your input: What are the differences in finish, accuracy, workmanship, modifiability, ...
If based on looks alone, I'd choose the VSF
Thanks for your help,
