Some quick shots of my personal rig. It includes the lightweight 1.25lb Elite Tactical Advantage Rhino quad rail, Sig diopter rear sight, Knoxx stock, and the rest is the usual suspects (light, laser, etc.)

With standard stock:

With Knox stock installed:

The rail is interesting, but the sights seem awful high relative to the stock. The front sight, especially, seems high to me. Where does it hit relative to point of aim? The front sight is so high relative to the comb of either stock I am guessing it shots low. Way low.

I must be getting old because my serious shotguns have nothing on them but sights I can see and stocks that fit me. I like ghost rings sights on my HD guns, but I have learned to do just fine with just a front bead.

That thing looks PISSED!
I can't tell whether i love it or hate it...
But as long as you like it, that's all that matters.

Definitely looks like it belongs in a movie BG's hands;evil.

Looks like a lot of quality work and thought went into that beast.

It is way overdressed for my taste , but to each his own. Where is the nut cracker on that Victorinox shotgun ?

Not a trap gun!

But I bet it's darn accurate with slugs and buckshot. I found that I disliked the recoil reducing knoxx stock, and with all the weight you add with an extended mag, the rail, etc you don't need the recoil absorption anyway.

Yeah, I have to admit that I'm on the fence about the Knoxx stock. The oem stock might find it's way back on. The pieces looks heavy but it's really not. Not at 21oz. We took out a lot of excess material to get the weight down. That being said the 21oz weight does cut down on the felt recoil. At the same time the full length top portion acts as a heat shield, with the heat sink ribs from front to back. The quad portion does double duty as barrel/mag tube protection. You can roll over the quad area with a car and it's ready to rock.

Before: Under the truck tire.

After: Still straight and true.

The mall ninja in me is screaming, "HOLY HELL I WANT ONE OF THOSE!!!"

Also, do you guys make a side saddle shell holder to go with it?

i absolutely understand the use of "ghost rings" on shotguns, but i dont see how a turret type precision rifle rear sight would be of any use for a hard and fast kind of shotgun like this seems to be

Looks awesome, I'd like the weight specs. The only disadvantage I see is losing the side saddle and possibly a little higher sights. But they dont look much higher than a 930SPX or SLP.

Actually here's some good news, the side saddle stays. Tapped stainless pins are in the kit so if you want to keep that shell holder, it can accomodate.

looks very muzzle heavy and therefore very unwieldy to me, but if it floats your boat.......

It's really not, but you can always pick up up to find out for sure.

I just keep the rear diopter on the deep V setting, and that seems to do the job.

Thanks!

So do you have any idea what it weighs?

I'm curious, too. It's hard to tell by looking.

That is BEAUTIFUL!!! Looks angry as another poster said....but I am guessing that is the whole point of it.

Looks a bit tacticool to me. Can't imagine having that much front weight and having to swing that thing up into action. You could definitely beat someone to !@#$ with it though! haha

Total weight on the scale seems to be ~8lbs dry with the accessories and Rhino Rail installed.

The weight distribution is actually good. Here's some pics of the rig balanced on my patio chair. You can see the center of gravity.
