Remington Express Folding stock

Hello, I have a Remington 870 EXPRESS, and want to get a folding stock for it, when I google it, all I can find is regular Rem. 870 folding stocks, is there anywhere where rem. 870 express folding stocks are sold, or an adapter that lets Express models take the regular 870 folding stock. Can all regular 870 folding stocks fit express models? or am I pretty much S*** outta luck.

The 870's are the same not matter what model or grade it is, well besides the finish and burrs.

But yea, it will fit your express.

Suggestion- go to eBay and buy one used, from someone who tried one and didn't like it.

Actualy if I recall the express is powdered metal cast parts and the more expensive models are forged as well. Forged steel is more precise in dimensions and durable, so it retains those dimensions better. So melted powdered metal vs forged milled shaped metal. If you study metallurgy you will understand the massive difference in durability and properties.

However the stock has nothing to do with that so there is no difference.

What parts? The difference between an Express and a Wingmaster reciever is the stamp and which finishing line it gets set on. Both are milled from forged material. I also believe most of the smaller internal parts on both models are stamped.

The biggest materials difference I can think of is that the Wingmaster has an aluminum trigger guard and the Express has a plastic one.
